If anything, this proves that Univeristies have been fleecing their students. If they can afford this kind of payment, why are they charging students so much and putting them in lifelong debt.

There is nothing normal about this presidency. Except that it is truing to normalize corruption, cruelty and incompetence.

I did not name names or even assert that they were corrupt. I said may have had corruption. Unions are disparate grouping and there inevitably will be bad apples. The trick is to not accept the fallacy. Yet here you are. Jumping up and down to prove the unprovable.

collective bargaining power for the forgotten and the voiceless. The fact that in their early days they had corruption is not a reason not to reinvigorate them with responsible people.

And the house is adjourned. People remember. Thanksgiving & Christmas. The amount of pain a continued shutdown would cause to nearly 50 Americans & their families during a festive & family season, plus fed workers, flights etc is devastating. Prepare for Jan 30. Longer more brutal.

If they read a book on history, they would realize that what got europe out of the dark ages was a little place called Cordoba. And there, Jews, Christians, and Muslims, enlightened by science, arts, philosophy etc co-existed, shared views and learned from each other. Kudos to Pope Leo.
