He took Billick's team to the Superbowl. Then he missed the playoffs until Flacco got hurt and he was forced to play Lamar. Then he blew 6 playoff appearances in a row, all with a hof QB and once with the best team (and defense) in football. All while being a terrible game manager nearly every week.
