Those look amazing. Rainbow cookies will be an attempt for me NEXT year. I bought the ingredients but lost the commitment. This year, I’ve prepared my 5 doughs and they are ready to come out of the fridge for baking. Today is baking day. 2 browned butters, 1 cream cheese, 1 fudge mocha & biscotti.

I am the one people borrow ingredients from because I cook and bake a ton and I always have everything. I’m also the neighbor that, with your permission, will use your oven if I need more cooking real estate. I have 4 other neighbors in my cul de sac. I also feed them often. We love each other.

These all sound amazing. I recently started adding all the ingredients in a rice cooker (rice, lentils, cumin, garlic powder, salt) and click the “brown rice” button. Cooks perfectly every time. When done, I toss in the over-caramelized/crisped onions (incl the olive oil). Salad/yogurt on side.

Literally life-changing. I started making my own bread (everything from Dutch oven to pita pockets to dinner rolls), cakes and cookies (biscotti my fave) to yogurt. Won’t go back to store bought. But be careful, because family won’t go back either - so the requests are wild and never-ending.

I stayed home. Cleaned up after Thanksgiving. Baked biscotti. Not a dime spent anywhere.

Back-of-the-box recipes are kitchen tested. Absolutely no shame in following those recipes because they will always come out perfectly if you follow the recipes to a tee. Once you’ve made them a couple of times, you can always add an ingredient to make it your own. But always proceed with caution.

Why not fried or baked? Missing some good color. I’ve never heard of kibbeh boiled in salt water but maybe I’m missing something 🤔

You’re correct that too many foreign born non-whites like Trump (because they think he helps their bottom line). Yet most used “socialist” programs to get ahead in the US. They also don’t care about undocumented immigrants now that they have papers they claim they secured legally. BS. Trust me bro.

She is why I have conversations with potential “providers” of any service. If we are not ethically and morally aligned, my business and my money go elsewhere. I don’t always know where my money goes but private businesses are way easier to figure out.
