I rec'd a letter from SS. They recalculated my benefits and I'm now getting $22 per month. I have been robbed.
I received a letter today that reduced my social security to $22. The letter says that it was miscalculated. We are suspicious. My husband called social security and was on the phone for 2.5 hrs. waiting. We gave up and are going to fill out the appeals form. We don't feel optimistic.
