I had to change my daily routine and it’s helped a bit. Also changed my diet and that has been the most helpful. Less sugar less anxiety from what I’ve noticed.
Not sure if the same would work or apply for what you’re rolling with though.

Some of the leaks being true was a huge disappointment since its actual character assassination.
But…the emotional side fucking hits. The opening of Episode 2 I do not think I have been so fucking stressed out before.
