With these milestones in place, the Ntorya Gas Development is on the verge of the construction phase with just the tender award for laying down a gas pipeline to the Madimba Gas Processing Plant needed before ground is broken.

· We received a 25-year Development Licence, locking in the project's long-term future
· Operator APT expanded its FDP and close to doubled the rate of gas now expected to flow from Ntorya.
· At 280 MMscfd, that rate is higher than Tanzania’s entire gas production now.

· We signed a Gas Sales Agreement with TPDC, locking in a stable buyer for 1st phase gas and ensuring Tanzanians benefit immediately from its extraction
· We upgraded our resource estimates after an extensive 3D seismic survey radically altered our understanding of the discovery
