Dear Mr Forte. Thank you for your kind offer. I do want to know more about them, but US universities don't accept Iranians. The screenshot below is just another evidence one of my friends got recently. I crossed out all of them months ago despite all their opportunities. It wasn't an easy decision.

I’m now actively looking for PhD and research positions that allow me to contribute to interdisciplinary research in my areas of interest: especially the history of philosophy, ethics and political philosophy, and late medieval/early modern philosophy and intellectual history.

I planned to apply but one of the requirements is ielts 7. Mine is 6.5 due to moderate hearing loss (between 40 and 50 percent and it only affects my listening skill there!). I don't know if this is considered a disability in your eyes but I would be glad if have a chance to apply.
