The concept of the Player’s Era event is innovative. Matchups are great too. However the atmosphere can’t touch the Lahaina Civic Center. There is something special about Maui that Vegas can’t touch. But I get it, it’s a new era where tradition and nostalgia mean close to nothing.

The fact KU tried to build up football at the expense of bball NIL funds, only for football to faceplant, will never not be infuriating. I get how important football is in the grand scheme but KU will always and forever be a bball school, not football.

I was far more impressed with North Carolina than Duke. Boozer is incredible but idk about the rest in them. They are young but they’re nowhere near what they were lasr year

We’re really competing. Just can’t get a stop when we need to. Their bigs slipping the screen along with Boozer’s passing has really hurt us.

This is the Tre White we need. Agressive, drive, draw fouls, rebound . Even though he’s undersized, he’s played as good of defense as you can on Boozer.

I like how hard we’re playing, especially defensively. Offensively, we just don’t have anyone that can lower their shoulder and get past defenders. That’s why ball movement is key.

This KU squad is flat not going to be a good offensive team. We are too limited. That’s why they have to make up for that lack of offense with buying into an identity of defense, toughness and being scrappy. And I think Bill knows this. Right now, it’s ugly. Work in progress.

This KU team is flat out not gonna be a great offensive team. To reach our ceiling, defense, rebounding and toughness have got to be the identity. We have the athletes to pressure the ball and get run outs. So far the attention to detail & consistency isn’t there. That’s gotta get better.

all these great freshmen yet it’s the one that plays for us that is apparently being load managed. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Kinda hard to form chemistry and improvement when your generational talent doesn’t play. This all smells like his camp dictating when he plays

The more #kufball finds ways to lose, the more irate I get that massive funds went into football, which, in turn, took away funds from bball. We could have had a guy like Darrion Williams or Keyshawn Hall had those funds not been allocated to football instead of basketball.

I think the thing I hate most about the other site are the KU burners after a loss. They are absolutely horrific with the most asinine takes. Completely blind from reality.
