The #ADHD experience, Personal life, the effect of medication is great, I feel that I’m much more involved in conversations, the ability to listen, to wait with what I have to say, in the past I responded while someone was talking, today I’m listening, given them the floor and only then replaying

#ADHD experience…. Medication effect is weird today, I don’t have patience for people today, feel that they are too slow , not getting to the point. It’s the first time I felt this symptom of the medication, maybe #mindfulness will help

Found out I have #adhd only in my 40s , the best effect so far ,since I started medication, is the ability to have a long conversation with people. Apparently people are interesting 😀
