In addition to being a gorgeous pattern that I now *must* make - delighted to now know that honeysuckle is left-handed.
Strangely, like humans, only a minority of twining plants are left-handed, binding from right to left. One of the 8% is honeysuckle, a beautiful UK native with a wonderful scent. I created a lacy convertible scarf in honour of my fellow lefthander. Details in alt text. #botanicaltuesday #knitsky

Had to go find this photo to share with my girlfriend, who is older than I am by more than a few years and who also grew up in a state far away where ampm did not exist. I had to share because these were a necessary piece of storytelling about an adventure in my genX high school days.

The last two days have been the sort of #ADHD days where (thx to doc & pharm not on same page despite my more than 48h notice - IYKYK) bc of a lack of usual medication, I've functionally spent two days standing in an unfamiliar kitchen spinning in circles just trying to find the silverware drawer.

The last two days have been the sort of #ADHD days where (thx to doc & pharm not on same page despite my more than 48h notice - IYKYK) bc of a lack of usual medication, I've functionally spent two days standing in an unfamiliar kitchen spinning in circles just trying to find the silverware drawer.
I'm rediscovering #DnD after about 30-some-odd years of not playing because in 1986, I loved building worlds, and telling stories - but I was the only girl in my friend group who played. And all the boys only wanted to kill things. There was no story. No theatre of the mind. Just lots of destruction
