I'd kind of like to merge the two using Farage and 2 bricks...

Neil Patel made a whole career of that without using AI... 🤡

Not at the level of boycotting BrightonSEO completely, but I have surprised myself with how close to that I feel for something I have loved and praised so long. Sometimes one has to draw a line. I know where mine is drawn.

Don't blame you in the slightest. I'm one stage further on I think. In do understand that BrightonSEO in US expands the audience and reach and best practices... But I *still* now feel a lot less supportive of BrightonSEO too for investing in the US now.

Destroying America was always the objective. It's like the movie "Wall Street" and how they destroy and rip apart assets to strip out just the bits they want, without care for how many it harms, or what a waste it is.

10. Obviously, bringing all of the personnel and equipment out of all of those bases, and finding new facilities to house them in the US, will cost billions, if not trillions, on a very short "We need it yesterday" kind of deadline.
January 17, 2026 at 6:53 PM
9. Through NATO, the USA was able to build and hold bases all over Europe (and Greenland), which include early warning and intelligence operations, air bases, and of course, missile bases. Should the US lose NATO, it loses those bases with it.

8. Most of the other Articles after 5 and 6 are 'admin' and housekeeping, with Article 13 basically adding to what I already said about leaving NATO that the country has to give 1 year of notice.

We are all agreeing here that the USA, collectively, is currently in breach, due to just one crook.
January 17, 2026 at 6:44 PM
7. Article 5 basically says that if Greenland or Canada are invaded, America (and every other NATO member) *must* fight that invader.

Basically, if Trump invades, the US needs to declare war on Trump if no other means stop him.
January 17, 2026 at 6:37 PM
6. Article 4 officially calls for consultation over military matters when "the territorial integrity, political independence or security of any of the parties is threatened."

This means that threatening to withdraw from NATO can only be done with due consultation.
January 17, 2026 at 6:34 PM
5. Article 1 states that members "refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations."
Just to be clear, that means you are not allowed to threaten to annex Canada or Greenland.
January 17, 2026 at 6:31 PM
4. I think we can all agree that under Donald Trump, the entire USA has breached one of the major articles of a rather clear and straightforward treaty. Repeatedly, consistently, and deliberately.
But there's so much more.
January 17, 2026 at 6:27 PM
3. Article 2 of this treaty includes the specific statement: "They will seek to eliminate conflict in their international economic policies and will encourage economic collaboration between any or all of them."
i.e. no tariffs or 'conflict in international economic policies'
January 17, 2026 at 6:25 PM
2. This treaty, a binding document and international contract, provided for the security of the entire North Atlantic region, its territories and trade routes. It consists of several specific articles of agreement.

Note: This should be in addition to your Trump hat

Corrupt
Unconstitutional

So, basically, your shed is shedding...

You have pickled eggs, you'll be fine.

I'm not so sure they'll be okay. They have been systematically programmed to believe the USA to be the best, the freeest, the most envied, the most powerful. I'm genuinely unsure they can pivot to reality without tearing the whole country apart in the meltdown.

Soldiers fed a proper diet with plenty of protein, in an age where malnutrition and stunted growth were the norm, were akin to supermen. Even today, the Veterans who make up England's 'Beefeaters' are named for that exact tradition. Again to do that takes agriculture/farming.
December 15, 2025 at 2:57 AM
I guess we are thinking of different examples. I'm thinking of the Ancient Egytian Empire, The Roman Empire, and of course, thinking of the Roman conquest of Britain. Legionnaires got meat (beef) as part of their pay - that requires a strong agricultural economy to guarantee.

My late father used to say "Money cannot buy you happiness, it is true, but oh boy can it buy you a very comfortable misery".
Today, I look at the sour-faced billionaires such as Trump and Musk and see that his truth extends to the very furthest extremes of wealth/power. Smug, comfortable, miserable
