This is why I have a certain number of friends who can be my backup Karens who will advocate for me if I can't do it myself. My mother in law (who I love!) is my main lady for that sort of thing.

I call it The Dread That Persists.
Idk if you set a specific time aside (1 hour every Tuesday at 6pm as an example) but when I do that it helps get things made. I like routine so having that "rule" and consistency makes my brain feel safe to create.
