Now I'm back to trying to sketch I've got so much backlog of what I need to get down on digital paper and still little energy to get it down. I've at least managed a few roughs.

Flamboyant giant insect with magical chest parasite that doesn't speak common but summons a normal human to fight and speak for it. Human otaku. M.A.X. Angy gunslinging devil skeleton entropy priest that wants to burn the universe for one extremely petty reason. Ashekk. Dragonball Z if it were a lizardman and slightly more on fire.

New Thorfen portrait and therefore pfp. Turns out it was over a year since the last one and it was due for an update. This was a difficult one for me, but I'm happy with parts of it so that'll do for now.

Finally got this thing done.

So yah - participating in a reduced capacity this year, but I'll give it a go. Let's see what falls out.

Character portraits - Ethel (a chicken), Avaal (an incubus), Sunnat (a drow), Iaresh'Vaat (a dragonborn), Desire (a veiled humanoid). Characters I have: Humanoid, feral, anthro?, monster and mech? Other: Mostly hot guys and a horror chicken.

I've been exhausted lately with medical stuff and general exhaustion, so I haven't picked up my stylus for a while. Tonight I did a tiny bit on this piece. Lots to do on it but it's nice to make a tiny bit of progress.
A work in progress of the murderbird, Thorfen's monstrous form. It has a grotesque, toothy maw with beaklike structures on the cheeks and lower jaw, and a long, pointed tongue that curls downward and splatters droplets of saliva. His eyes are round and pitch black. Only the face is lined, there is a low opacity underlayer showing a rough sketch of the chest, upper arms and a mane of long feathers that will be worked on later.

A different kind of piece! Done for @gauss.bsky.social DMing a ttrpg campaign - a former dwarven friend turned fungus-infested monstrosity!

This was so much fun. Tried to make it sort of reminiscent of monster manual art I remembered growing up.
A digitally coloured sketchy piece of a dwarf whose body has been taken over by various kind of fungus. His beard is not bracket fungus, his upper body and one arm look more like bleeding tooth fungus, his head has a large mushroom cap growing from it and mouldy patches on his skin and in his one remaining boot are growing long toadstools. One arm has grown into long, pink, finger-like fungus and flies swarm around him. What remains of a leather apron and one boot are rotten, mouldy, dripping and growing fungus also. Around his raised hand is a swarm of large stinging insects he seems to be conjuring.
