I had an issue with setting our public access WiFi, was on the phone to a foreign tech support, 3 different ones trying the same thing, eventually transferred to a UK based team that sorted it in 5mins. They gave me the number to call just in case but I’ve lost it

Call business sales, select all the options to buy a service and then ask to be transferred to tech support.

Our domestic broadband with EE was terrible, always dropping out, then had BT for 4years never and issue, now back to EE with the same BT hub and it’s started dropping out again. BT business support is terrible.

Call the sales team they always answer, without fail, never try and contact BT through tech support. Every time I have an issue with BT I call the sales team and get transferred.
