Please help PIRC build out the rapid response network in the Gresham community. We need folks who can be dispatched within 10 min or less and preferably 5 min or less. This is why we want the 150 spots for this in-person training to be priority for Gresham folks. Together we will win!

This is Whitaker Park in Portland. It used to be a public dumping ground but not it has been restored. Absolutely beautiful and accessible place for bird watching.
