Dear God. My abdomen *hurts* - I did not know that gym workouts were supposed to hurt this bad, but man, I am trying to lose weight. How do I make this pain go away?

My fitness coach is not accepting any excuses today, got to go out for that walk.

LOL I'm that "some guys" for the lawyers I work with. Got sent down to another law office to shake 'em down for a file that they owe the firm.

I lost my ID and my social security card while walking through downtown Atlanta. It happened to be while I was helping a lost child find the hotel they were staying at. I retraced my steps and discovered my ID and card untouched. Miracles happen!

I'm on a diet and can't eat fast food, so here's some slower food...

Elbow macaroni,
butter or coconut oil,
carrot fiber (from juicing),
and diced wild chive garlic.

Chives were harvested from my yard + carrots were from a friend's farm.

Total cost? Less than a dollar.. more like fifty cents.

Egg drop soup works with liquid but the truly fast way to cook eggs is to make sure that the particles surrounding egg particles are boiling. I stirred egg in thoroughly at the end of a chicken coconut oil rice dish and nuked it for one minute and it worked like magic.
