Cal Policy Center in So Cal has made our trans kids lives a living hell. I've been honored to be part of boots on the ground activism, including coordinating with school boards, to make their lives at school better. We have amazing teacher advocates. Trans kids deserve the best experience in school.

What you have said is entirely accurate. I'm a cis straight white lady. Until our trans youth feels as safe and supported as I do, things haven't truly improved. I appreciate you very, very much.

Not legally, spiritually, and especially zero family. I'm old. I'm not candy coating the fact that right now there are unhoused kids running from all this with nothing.

continues to ignore and gaslight victims of parental abuse. But, there were no forums like this, or narcissist parent subreddits where I continue my healing through supporting young folks going through what I did. All I had was The People of the Lie by M. Scott Peck. Literally nothing else.

I truly feel for all the young people traversing this. Thank goodness abuse is taken far more seriously. Including deep psychological abuse.

I survived the extreme. Went no contact before we had that term, back in the mid 80s. It's for our very survival that we do this. I'd have killed for the imperfect. I remember seeing Diane Ladd play Lula's mom in Wild at Heart and thinking, that's my mom! No one does this cavalierly.

There are hits in multiple regions. Not just one. These boats are not in any out of the ordinary areas, where "the good boats don't go". We're also assuming this admin demands high thresholds for intel. "Trust me bro" isn't enough.
