I don’t post or interact with posts much. After a near fatal infection my brain just doesn’t work as well as I would like and continued conversation can be hard for me but I love learning from posts and being prepared with facts that I can remember. Thank all of you for helping me be ready.

I am a “lunch lady” at our local high school. During lunch I run the register. One of the kids comes thru and tries to get more juices than he is allowed. Today I reminded him of that rule and he told me he was tired of my bullshit. 🤷♀️

Here in Maine we have free breakfast and lunch for students which is an excellent use of funds. At our high school we serve about 800 meals a day. I see kids everyday who would go hungry without this resource. I hope we are able to continue this program but I am doubtful.

My Lucy girl is the best dog. Although she is 12 she still likes to do whatever my Granddaughters are doing. She is down for hide and seek, playing outside, or endless hugs and cuddles.

I watched The Kings of Tupelo today. Holy hell. I am sure there are some real things there but sometimes you get arrested because you are just being an asshole.
