My 5th grade class is currently studying ancient civilizations. After reading about social classes, they were asked the question of why would the nobles not want the lower class to learn how to read or do complex math. All I had to say was knowledge is power.

Question of the day: Didn’t Trump say that if voted into office, he would end the war between Ukraine and Russia? He was voted in 10 days ago, and to my knowledge, the war is still raging🤔

One of the most heartbreaking things I’ve heard from any of my students was “I was hoping a girl would win”. She doesn’t know about politics or what a dumpster fire the overinflated orange marshmallow is. She just wants to be represented and know that anything is possible for her.

So, will this app filter out the MAGA jerks, or is everyone allowed? Wasn’t sure if I have to be on the lookout for trolls.

I’ve decided that for every negative meme or comment I post, I must balance it with a positive/forward thinking one. Working on looking for the positive in a world that seems so negative.

I swear he is trying to deliberately destroy this country!
