So he removed Biden's portrait and replaced it with a picture of the autopen, and replaced Biden name with "Autopen 2021-2025"?
All of this is utterly demented. I have seen two sets of photographs now from different angles, definitely looks real.

I've seen this twice now, totally different photographs, what appears to be the same plaques - the Biden one says "Autopen" under the picture, with the dates Biden was in office.

Part of it? Franklin is a Canadian character. While I haven't heard any explicit 51st state bullshit in a while, they have an opportunity to corrupt a child, insult Canadians and poke at good people who find this behavior appalling, all at once! What an opportunity!

There is an excellent comic regarding Ratman and his place in this world. I highly suggest you check it out, but not without a box of tissues. I can't remember if there any spoilers for Portal 2, but since it happens between the two games, I don't think so.
