I wasn’t going to do the yearly photo until tomorrow, when I’d hopefully feel better and at least not look so sick (thanks teary eyes). But, this is me, and I am going to embrace myself somehow and remember that I have a lot going for me. I didn’t make it 49 years just to cower now. #thisis49

This is what Autism looks like. Not Hitler stimming. Not excuses. My boy being the strongest kid I know playing a concert in both Cello and Trombone with Autism. He is my hero, he goes through life just being himself. We just need to accommodate his greatness along the way. #autism #strong #music
