250 years ago today, #JaneAusten was born. She was a writer known primarily for her six novels. Her use of irony, humour and social commentary, have long earned her acclaim among scholars. She remains one of the most successful writers of all times. WE LOVE YOU JANE AUSTEN! 🎉🎉

Happy #Caturday! I have not been feeling well lately so I’m hoping to take things easy today. My goal is to read some #Middlemarch at some point today because I’ve been kind of reading slumpy as well.

Got to see this fab filmed production of #Macbeth tonight starring David Tennant and Cush Jumbo. Really cool choices made, esp an alteration made to Act IV scene ii that I loved. Definitely recommend. 🗡️ 👑

Happy #Caturday from my reading buddy Georgie.

30% through Anna Karenina and hoping to get as much read as I can before my grad school courses resume.

I knew a few things going in but they have pretty much all happened already! I’m surprised at the pace of the story, tbh #amreading #booksky
