ngl, I might be a fan of opera now

Like, I'd never seen Duck Soup, but the Anvilania episode of Animaniacs was hilarious when I was 10. I've seen like 2 operas and read a little Shakeapeare, and I know that what Still and Arvey are doing with Mary and Nate is wonderful and it maked me laugh

William Grant Still's Highway 1, USA, kinda makes me feel like Animaniacs did as a kid. I don't know enough about opera to understand all the elements it's playing with, but I understand it's playing with them in a way that's just very funny
