I have a lot of love for the game, and I feel it is treated fairly by people that dislike it, but there’s something fun about the whole package.

Millennials had a lot of stories that fit the mold of “You can place yourself into this world seamlessly into the background, and there’s the stats and charts to go with it” which lent very well to Online Fandom. It feels like Gen Z prefers rounded off adventures with no extra fluff, at times.

Out of all the games I have played last year, I didn’t expect so many of them to be in the “I will talk for an hour about it if you let me” bucket.

Finally got to the credits. It does not pass the test, so it doesn’t get to be on the top of last year’s GotY list. Might as well post it now to lock it in.
