Ibc fittings are widely available here in Ireland(uk&euro too) now.
Pipes we used are polyethylene, mostly used in farming.
The pipes used for the roof to the tank is 2" pvc waste pipe(sinks,showers etc)

Black IBCs are best for reducing algae growth.
Used stainless steel bulk/milk tanks are a good option too if you live in an area with dairy farms. But would probably require machinery to put in position.
