in order: purchasing on bandcamp, streaming or purchasing from qobuz, streaming from most other platforms (apple music, tidal, deezer, etc.), or pirating (if financially unable to afford other options) are all valid alternatives to supporting the spotify corporation.

i can't sit here wondering if i can save the government by not using my placard, major stressors can cause inflammation to crush my ribs enough that doctors can hear rattling in my lungs.

my fun and cool invisible disability, which i have a cane and placard for, is fibromyalgia. it's gotten so bad that

- doctors are unsure what is a symptom without researching
- my baseline pain is "day after surgery"
- flareups are felt past maxed topical anaesthetic
- my main trigger is stress.
