No Djene, I was arbitrarily & unjustly failed by ur colleagues making up ex-post facto rules not on the exam & contrary to pre-examine advisement by the exam coordinator herself, also one of the unjustly failing examiners. I’ve demonstrated that. & u stood idly by & watched w/ deaf ears. Ur choice.

But again, we all know by now u’ll shrink the from task, from walking the walk of pretending to care abt helping ppl being treating unjustly, like u have. & u’ll be held accountable for it sometime, if not in this life, then the next, where all of this’ll stand to condemn u. Or u can grow a pair.

If u truly cared abt helping ur students under ur care as their academic advisor & truly care abt helping the vulnerable not be taken advantage of by oppressive, arbitrary systems of power, u’d have done that long ago. U can STILL do it now. It’s what I wld do were I in ur place. It’s what I did.

Do your job & the humanitarian, morally right thing to do & get me my refund or my degree and I go away. I’ve said that from the beginning. Even if you tried and failed to persuade the others I’d have a lot more respect for you in at least trying your hardest to do the right thing.

I.e. panzer. Take it to the highest level, the new president & fight for your student advisee to get a refund for a degree the history dept. has held hostage for almost 4 years now or just award the damn degree that has been demonstrated was clearly earned. It’s not that hard, Djene! Grow a pair!

was failed precisely & solely for the thing she was told she would not have to do and that she tried to resolve in the first place prior to the exam….failed by the very same teacher for not citing sources who told her as her exam coordinator she wld not have to cite sources in pre-examine advisement

I told u what u can & shld do in an email years ago, which I very much doubt u even read: do ur job & stick up for ur student advisee by reopening my case to the appeals process & say to all involved, “u know what, this student has a point about our exam system being flawed & arbitrary & she was>>>

I tried to do things the nice way with you all, went thru all the channels & you refused, pushing me aside, refusing to listen to evidence & now you get the just & not so nice me. You still have the power to do the morally right thing & not be held accountable for theft by the great judge of life.

I’m a patient person. I’ve waited 3-4 years now for u guys to find ur morality & balls & do the morally right thing & give me back the $ I put into a degree & demonstrated I did the work for but which u refuse to give me. The degree is TP to me now. I can wait til ur judgement in the next life.

On the contrary Djene, it’s very productive cuz it shows ur blatant cognitive dissonance, ur inability to rely on anything but ur arbitrary power & ego as a “professor” at a state school & ur ability to hide behind bureaucracy & “just following procedure” like the good little automaton that u are.

Us to be familiar with literally hundreds of sources w/out pinpointing any of them down before hand, telling us we won’t have to cite said sources, & then failing us cuz we didn’t cite sources…all cuz u arbitrarily decided to make “closed book” for no reason other than to make it look more official?

So it’s not cheating to consult ur sources (like historians do in real life when writing their publications) on every other exam, final or otherwise for every other class in the program, but suddenly it’s magically cheating when u have us do the exact same essay exam for the final comp., expecting

I’m sure you’re aware of the recent data breaches over the last few years of ppl’s personal information due to hacks of 3rd party orgs. U claim it was to prevent cheating…pray tell, how can one cheat on an essay exam where one has been given the questions beforehand by at least 2 teachers?

Oh, & let’s not forget ur dept. forced students, including me, to give access to & control over our personal computers & their files & camera/mic to some unknown third party lockdown browser company that harvested god knows what the entire 3-4 hrs it took to complete ur poorly designed test.

Truth is, I think u missed ur calling in life…u’d make a great ICE Gestapo goon…”just following orders, just doing my job. U were give options to leave the country yourself/comply but u refused so now I’m excused in committing injustice against you.” The truth hurts. The guilty take it to be hard.
