On Nov 7-8th, my lab participated on the 10th Meeting of Portugal Drosophila Research Community, an annual event where Drosophilists get together and share their latest discoveries in genetics, neurobiology, development, cell biology and ecology using our beloved fruit fly.

Spent the last 3 weeks in beautiful Bordeaux, together with an extraordinary set of students and speakers learning more about motor control and the state-of-the-art tools
used in this field.
