I feel you. I could probably handle an older child but an infant?! I wake up the pets to make sure they’re still alive. I can’t be responsible for an infant!!

It is! And I am so rarely productive and relaxed at the same time! I started to get frustrated while hanging garlands and stopped and reminded myself I was doing a voluntary activity and if I wasn’t enjoying it I should stop and do something else. And I did! Weird.

Well bless you for taking on a reactive doggo! So many need homes but the sort of people mostly likely to take them and know how to deal with them usually always have dogs!

I’m glad you have a place to go in extremis but I hope it doesn’t come to that and you can just batten down the hatches.

It can be so hard with pets! We have figured out how to evacuate all of us in one truck if absolutely necessary but I have no idea where we would actually GO with all of them. I hope you stay safe!
