Hello to all my new followers! I study personalism + personalist forms of authoritarian rule w/ particular reference to Central Asia. I'm currently writing a book that studies how pandemic politics became an instrument of authoritarian consolidation for regimes in Kazakhstan Turkmenistan Uzbekistan.
