Fair - what I want to land on is a kind of electric / holographic effect. So either more transparency and fuzzyness, or baking the text into the button sprite and do some animation with that.

Like down there with the radiation sign. Some scanlines and or texture through text to not have a blue blob

The first draft of the main menu - it was imperative to start in the tunnels and a round menu just fits and is easy to use with controller eventually. I want to push the menus to be as #diagetic as possible.

Immediate Revision of the "Tinnemann Vette 9-7". The german team is known for its bullyish behaviour on and off the track. Their craft pretty much goes straight only. Break the slipstream if they follow you to avoid damage or get pushed out of the way with force.

Working on some new shapes for the different teams and to have more diversity in promo materials.

It's a bit funny when using a dynamic texture instead of a static, feels like a big achievement :D
It works, the framework holds - another feature I had on my mind and theoretic backburner for a long time until now.

Sadly there is nothing in there anyway. I miss the times, where you got a map, some stickers even a manual to read while you were going home or waited for the install to finish. Touchables.

The corpo red taking over is funny though^^

If the curve is super subtle it feels like you are going straight, but somehow still loop around the track - which is fine I guess :)
But a lot of corners are way more intricate in the editor than what they seem to be when from the inside- ungrateful XD

When you are within the tunnel, it is actually super hard to realise the geometry of the track.

The enemy AI is not the brightest yet, but 20 crafts on the same track checks out.
It searches for the most curvature to gain speed and has basic obstacle avoidance.
50 really started to bring the performance down with all the collision checks :D
