If they put in the effort and funding, MTV could once again play a huge part in shaping youth culture. Or at the very least be the vehicle that educates parents about what their kids are into. Be that K-pop, anime, gaming, etc. (2/3) #vma

Oh I know. I’m just taking potshots at MTVs parent company Paramount for being a bunch of cheap SOBs. I’m sure they were overjoyed to be able to advertise concerts from Lady Gaga and Post Malone for the VMAs without incurring the full cost of producing them.
