Yep - I'll never forget when my grandma was on the dementia floor in her nursing home, hearing residents openly hurl racist slurs at their caretakers. I think you're right that that's where he's at, and it's only going to get worse.

Interesting. My family has been participating in a Lyme disease vaccine trial for the past several years now. (Unfortunately we're pretty sure that only one of my kids got the real thing and the rest of us got placebos.)
