Having a dry erase patch in just those areas could be done by slitting the laminate during application. Doable, and the shop I work for has the capacity, but we’ve never used the attachments because they’re quite fiddly and it’s not a common enough request to go through the setup process regularly.

Probably the easiest way to go about this would be to apply a dry erase laminate to both sides. That’s pretty straightforward, and most shops will have the capacity. It will be applied to the entire bookmark, but it’ll be fast and cheap.
