Most of the day-to-day work is run by automations and a 4-button remote that chooses between scenes (cleaning, TV, normal cozy) that changes all the lights in the house. But I use the bedroom dashboard to check temp in kids room at night, see if I remembered to open the window and so on.

All good ideas. I have a few conditional cards too, if weather forcast is snow I will get a warning in the dashboard so I know I have to shuffle snow next morning.
