That's because the truth is:

It's not an armed conflict.
The laws of war thus don't apply.

The more restrictive rules of human rights apply.
It's extrajudicial killing under that law.

If I could tell my 20-year old self anything, it would be « eat right, wear sunscreen, moisturize & exercise 3-5 days a week. That’s all.» and « don’t compare yourself to others, including actors whose very job it is to look fit & young as long as possible. »
