Die Idee, ein Mandat zu formulieren, ist nicht verkehrt. Aber eine Strategie erkenne ich nicht – gäbe es sie, müsste man sie vorlegen und umsetzen. So entsteht kein Vertrauen. Wirklich unerquicklich.
