We need to compare to Europe more but don't pretend that it's all good over there. In Germany and the Netherlands the 2nd largest party is the far right party. In France they are the 3rd largest and in Britain the reform party is very popular. We need responsible gov to counter this global trend.

They did, but they also both made the conference finals twice. This group has only made the semis twice. It also feels like the expectations of this group were higher than both the Sundin and Gilmour eras, so it's more a matter of failing to live up to expectations.

I don't get why they don't stand up at the governor level and force Parros out.
I get why Berube is moving on from it, he wants his team to focus on winning the series and not her caught up in the BS. But Shanahan and Tanenbaum should be working the phones and voicing their displeasure.

In Canada we're absolutely furious about the threats to our sovereignty and the downplaying of that in American and international media.
