Good morning! Yesterday marked my 16th time as a volunteer in the Macys Parade since 2006 (pics from 2006 lost in a hd crash many years ago) and next year marks 20 years since I started - what a strange and fabulous experience it's been! #macys, #parade, #thanksgiving

The mood was a mix of anger and joy at yesterday's No Kings in NYC - but I was feeling sullen, sad, and exhausted by everything we've gone through these past 9 years... and yet, by the end of the march, I was at least slightly re-energized by the strength and dedication of the other marchers. Onward

oh I know. I consider her a friend; we just met up a couple weeks ago, sadly at a mutual friend's memorial, but we talked about everything that's happening and agreed that it's just plain evil. Here's us at the LGBT Center in NYC. Tho it was a sad occasion, there was joy in connecting again. :)
