This is an awful lot of bombastic ‘um, actually’ for something that just seems to be ‘people are marrying later in life.’ Those same 20-something’s are, by and large, still cohabitating or sharing 2 apartments in largely monogamous relationships. Chill.

Knee jerk rage response aside, her concept of ‘work life integration’ sounds like what we would like work-life balance to be able to be, except that we know that if there’s the impression we check email and do work ‘after hours’, that will be abused by a lot of leaders to impinge on personal time.
