Backed up yesterday’s 12km with a 11km walk from The Spit to Manly, with some side quests and diversions! Feet are feeling it today. Finishing off with a dip in the ocean!
Decided to keep my streak alive today and went for a 5km run (sub 30 mins = win!) and a 1 hour walk afterwards. Ran out (away from the car) and walked back past it so I could stretch to an hour. Started in 28C, ended in 33C! 🥰
