old, young, male, female, it doesn't really matter. People I met born on 1996 look younger than me, and I'm 2006. I've met men with strong femenine looks and women with stron masculine looks.

4. The introduction panel has three special references. First is the whole city of Opbil being based on Blackwater City from the original Ratchet & Clank. Second is Williem Back Pense, a really important character for the plot, standing in the skyscrapper.

3. The Sevron cop in the Vago panel was just a random desing that came to my find after playing Secret Agent Clank. I liked it so much that I gave him the details he deserved.

He's based on the character Sin Sack, a character from the Touhou community who has been featured in a lot of MMD nsfw videos, but I actually got to know him thanks to a sfw video that I can't find anymore.

He might be creepy looking, but is actually a sweet old man who does his best on saving candy in echange for coin shaped Kis, the only thing he can eat.

They're an owl Poisean and barn owl Mascrot friends. Hu has a temporal paralysis which is why he uses rockets and an external speaker, while Hibu lives with her buzzard poisean uncles (actually, close family friends). She's looking for her parents.
