which system does this? bmw certainly doesn't..it beeps if you are going too fast...i dont know if any cars in the UK that limit the speed by default...only if you set it to not letting you speed.

i'm not convinced now is the right time...theres no point..the route back is a long one and it has to be a vote from the people..not a ref...but a manifesto pledge. i dont think that time is yet...though i'd obviously be thrilled to be wrong. :-)
