Whenever you see journalists write about a minister being "competent", often that just means they didn't do anything to upset vested interests, and when they write that a new minister has been brought into to "fix" things, generally that means they will please vested interests.

Here's my analysis of water requirements for the seven nuclear power stations proposed by the Coalition in Australia. Five of the seven sites (comprising 90% of proposed generation) lack sufficient water to operate reliably at 90% capacity for 80 years.
