Also consider running on the side of the path, grass, dirt paths. Trail running is nicer on my body than pavement.

I really hope it goes better for you this time! It sucks so much when you want to do something but your body goes "haha.. no"

The thing that helped my runs the most, and it is kind of annoying, is warming up way more than you want to. Like you want to get out there, but even after doing a bunch of dynamic things inside... I'd brisk walk for 10 minutes before I even started my run.

You'll have to show us all your soup!! I've done it a few times using a Jaime Oliver recipe (Roast Tomato and Bread Soup). It was super easy, the oven did most of the work, also hand blender.

100%!!! Also affordable data plans because that seems to be a requirement as well.

My town made public transit free, paid for (at least in part) from paid parking downtown. It's joyous! It encourages fewer cars on the road. Also... it works! Putting people first doesn't mean everything crumbles!

That is actually pretty cold for inside! I was thinking similarly last night, but I’m going to try and go longer without turning it on. I like it cold when I’m sleeping but not so much when I’m just sitting there

It’s unfortunate that people have reacted negatively to having this pointed out. Myself I’d want to know! (I’m wrong about so many things). I’ve never wanted to cause anyone harm in any way, and sometimes just don’t know any better.

It might be worth it to! I used to use that word and others as carelessly as everyone, not really thinking about it. It’s only been since I started following you and reading your comics that I’ve realized how absolutely incorrect and damaging it is. You never know who might be receptive.

So upsetting! I like this place, there are many many excellent artists here that I found because of bsky (such as Keezy!)

Also I like being able to block huge swaths of people who suck 😈 it helps make social media tolerable.
