Right now, impeachment articles are for very online people who already oppose Trump which will never see a vote, because the Democrats do not control the committees.
The objective should not be for Dems to appease online liberals, but to do things to make Trump less popular with others.

It’s not amazing, because congressional minorities don’t have impeachment power. They can’t even force a vote. Until the dems have a majority this is like yelling at clouds.

He is equally amoral to Trump, and also smarter. Vance has openly advocated for defying the Supreme Court repeatedly. This one’s actually debatable, but I am unconvinced that Vance is an upgrade.

You don’t need 67 Senators if you win against a very unpopular Republican Party in 2028. Sounds doable to me.
