The solutions to the 90-in-180 day problem are many and varied. Politicians really have **no** excuse for inaction.

And not only young people on limited quota capped visa schemes tied to specific work or study opportunities.

That doesn’t even seem to meet the needs of young people, I’m guessing.

They probably need FOM even if that’s not obvious to every 16/17/18 year old yet.

For sure.

We can’t rejoin the EU if we are not willing to join the single market.

And we can’t rejoin the single market if we won’t accept mutual Freedom of Movement of goods, services, people and capital.

The key block we need to overcome is some prejudice and ignorance around FOM of people.

I jumped in because I could see someone being bullied.

I've asked a few times for someone to provide an example of this "disinformation" he is posting, but nobody has provided anything yet that I have seen.

They would need to satisfy the conditions allowed for in EC2004/38 if applicable to the period of stay/residency in question.

Broadly

- Somewhere to live
- enough money or a job
- healthcare of some kind.

I would argue Brexit is all of Europe's problem.

There is a reason why Russia supported it.

It weakened the UK and divided the EU

A red flag for me here is that nobody can provide an actual justification for bullying that guy

So my question would be so what if it is a holiday home? It’s his home and he should be allowed to live in it on the same basis that he could when he bought or rented it.
