I say never because the Civil War involved states whose governments legally ceased to exist, their offices vacated by constructive resignation, with no legitimate governors to object.

He's gonna declare an insurrection whether there is one or not. Not really sure what we're supposed to do about all this shit, but it better be something soon. I still like shutting the whole place down and camping in the streets until they flee the country, but I'm open to other ideas.

Miller is pumping Trump's last half dozen working brain cells with images in an effort to get him to provoke violence as an excuse to try to grab more power, and probably money....seems like it should be a big deal that makes a few million people mad enough to camp downtown until they leave.
