The current political train was set in motion a long time ago. The marketplace was to run as a self regulating system. But markets have no empathy, no compassion, none of the best of being human, a predisposition to the worst in being human. Greed, self interest, emotional dysfunction all rewarded.

Early this morning I was filled with the monumental shift in world politics and its effect on my fellow humans in Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan…It is hard not to be overwhelmed. Then gardening, collecting kangaroo poo for liquid manure. Wood gathering, and landcare transformed my mood. A short respite.

Ahh! There goes storytelling. Down the tube with everything else good. Word limit on Bsky has killed my story. If we say everything in short bites we are done for as nuance and metaphor are gone. Someone tell me where we can share our story in a coffee length conversation.
