Chelsea sold their hotel (to themselves) to help with PSR. Did income from the hotel count towards club turnover from a PSR point of view before the sale and does it now not count if so?

Possibly a stupid question but will the UK military and/or other allies *know* whether Iran fired missiles due to being able to track such things or are we reliant on information from those very close to where it's happening....?
